You can use our Secure Shopping Cart for credit card orders (VISA and MasterCard only), orders through PayPal or you can use it to print out your order and mail it to: Between Us Sisters, 6232 Relyea Drive, Munnsville, NY 13409.

When paying with PayPal, E-checks or any check payment your order will ship when payment clears (usually 4-7 business days).

THERE IS A $25.00 CHARGE FOR ALL RETURNED CHECKS. There is also an 8% sales tax charge on all orders shipped to New York State.

We ship through USPS and UPS - whichever way works best, depending on package size and weight. E-mail confirmations are sent out when packages are shipped.

Please allow 5-7 business days for merchandise to ship upon receipt of your order, as many of our items are handcrafted. Also allow 3-5 business days to receive your order once it has been shipped. If you need your order quicker, please contact us prior to ordering so that we may check available stock.

$50.01 - $75.00 = $10.95
$75.01 - $100.00 = $12.95
$100.01 - 150.00 = $15.95
$150.01 - Up = $19.95

Some items offered by us for sale are very small and do not weigh very much. Therefore, those items are priced to include the shipping fee without adding our standard shipping fees.

Returns

Please e-mail us before making any returns - all returns must be approved and may be subject restocking fee; especially custom made items. Anything that is approved for return must be in its original, unused condition.

If for any reason an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately and please save all packaging should the shipper require to inspect it.

Catalogs

We do not offer a catalog at this time. Our selection of items changes constantly so we can barely keep up online and in our store without adding this task and the cost to the mix. Sorry!!
